I am getting ahead this year with my New Year’s resolution. I don’t know what got into me, but here I am attempting to make one. I clearly lost motivation in working out and going to the gym. I want to make a promise to myself that if I don’t make it to the gym, I will exercise indoors instead. I started tonight by using Blogilates, which my cousin introduced to me. I am proud to say that I did worth 5 minutes of cardio indoors. Hah. (Hey, it’s better than nothing. Starting slow here.)
