I just purchased this lipstick and I have to say that this may be my first drugstore lipstick that I have gotten myself. I usually get lipstick from Sephora and for years especially lately, I have been given free make-up and many lip products which I am very thankful for!
I like the creamy texture and I have been wanting a matte formula. Now, I finally have one! This shade is in ‘Touch of Spice’ by Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Mattes. At first, I thought this reminds me of a color in the 90’s. If you have noticed lately, people these days are bringing back the 90’s trend. I would rather have this nutmeg/brownish shade than the iced look, I guess. I also did some research and found out that this specific shade is one of the “Kylie Jenner” look that people are raving about! To me, I feel like matte lipsticks are longer lasting. Though it doesn’t claim a longer wear, I feel like it does a good job on sticking on your lips! It is also affordable. I got mine at Rite Aid for $8.49!
