Eating right vs. Exercise

I have been stopping by Whole Foods Market more frequently to get food. Yes, it is more expensive even though the main reason I go there for is to get a salad. I have stopped being an exercise freak — which is something I’m not proud of. To balance it out, the fact that I am not exercising as much as I have been last year…. I am trying to eat healthier meals.

Balancing time and prioritizing is important. My focus last year I would say was to lose a lot of weight. I placed a lot of effort last summer and even during towards Fall season, so that I can meet my fitness weight goal. This year, since I am focusing more with design… I have neglected my exercise routine in exchange for doing what I do… design. I am starting to get drained this week. Perhaps, I am just waiting for the time that I will have a re-do of my desk area or work space. I have a new bed as well and I am pretty excited to re-decorate.

As far as making food is concerned, I just bought a griddle and I look forward to making some delicious home cooked, easy to make meals! Basically, healthy dishes that I can make and that is pretty exciting. Oh, and the holidays are here! It makes me happy. Speaking of the holidays, Christmas is just around the corner. So I have been listening to Christmas music. SO. MUCH. FUN.
